How It Works
Clicking on the Zoom link sent via email directs you to your online session. We can use WhatsApp or FaceTime too. Check your internet connection and equipment before your appointment. A laptop or tablet works well as we move through your session from sitting to standing or even on the floor or bed.
Be somewhere quiet, with good lighting, where you won’t be disturbed. Wear something comfortable that allows you to move easily.
I work from a purpose-built studio area to ensure you can follow me easily. Having developed this way of working for a year now, I know how to communicate well ensuring you know exactly what to do.
