Adults – over 18- a minimum of 7 years after your last visit.
Juniors – a minimum of 7 years after the 18th birthday.
Any paper notes are destroyed complying with legal requirements from HCPC, using a registered company, currently Paperchase. They provide certification of cross hatch shredding to ensure confidentiality.
